Profile
Ximo Villarroya has been a partner at Livingstone since the firm’s inception in 2007.
He began his professional career at the Foundation for Stock Market and Financial Studies of the Valencia Stock Exchange, contributing to the feasibility study for the Citrus Futures Market. Between 1997 and 2004, he worked at an M&A boutique, collaborating with Neil Collen on various transactions. In 2004, he joined NC Finanzas Corporativas, which later became Livingstone Spain in 2007.
Since entering the M&A field, he has advised on numerous transactions across sectors such as food and beverage, building materials, healthcare, and services. He has led both domestic and cross-border deals, advising family-owned businesses, industrial groups, private equity funds, and family offices throughout Spain.
In addition to his advisory work, he has lectured on the Master’s in Stock Market and Finance at the FEBF in Valencia and is a regular lecturer on the Master in Fintech & Business Intelligence at EDEM, Escuela de Empresarios.
